(Not accepting new clients)

My aim as a therapist is to provide compassion and presence for you to feel emotionally safe enough to move through growth and change. It can be difficult to open up to someone new. I am experienced in helping you process and make sense of your experiences, and also provide experiential tools and practices to help you cope. My practice is grounded in the present moment where I use a variety of body-based and creative approaches to help support you in becoming more connected to yourself and others. I completed a two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Kings College London in the UK with a focus on working with children and teens. Currently, I am training in Compassionate Inquiry, which is a trauma-informed and somatic-based approach created by trauma expert Dr. Gabor Maté. I believe meaningful and authentic connection are essential for healing and growth. My aim is to provide connection for you in an effort to ease your suffering, and instill hope.
